Malara Gardens

Very pretty flowers however the customer service was👎🏼 the woman spoke to me as if I were a child simply because I asked for the price on some flowers. (I have a vision issue and cannot see small numbers) however, I shouldn't have to explain that to anyone... It wasn't like they were busy but I felt like I inconvenienced the employee. She was so rude to me and when I went to pay, she walked to the back & had another employeego to the front to ring me up. The flowers were a bit pricy but I went ahead and purchased 2 arrangements for my 91 year old mother and she loved them!

Amazing garden center and the staff is polite and personable. We love to patronize local businesses and Malara makes the decision easy! We purchased a home last year with sizable property and they were super insightful and what and where to plant. I have a thriving garden and it’s large in part due to the expertise of the business!

A great resource for local produce, goods and all planting needs. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable!

Wow! I wish I would’ve gotten the guy’s name but he was amazing just wow. I went in for potted basil plant. Unfortunately they didn’t have them, but the guy in the greenhouse was so awesome and helpful. I ended up buying Some basil to transplant and a pot to plant it in.I feel very confident that it’s gonna be a success. He was very nice and patient. I feel bad because I could tell I got him in trouble, but on the other hand, I did buy a bunch because the guy was so awesome. he was not pushy and everything I asked he answered. It went away confident in what I bought, and I got some feed for my existing basil plant as well as soil to plant new basil in. Customer service is huge with me, and he went above and beyond in my opinion
