The awesome experience started with a great customer service group who took the time and a genuine personal interest in my questions and overall experience. Then the build. Someone has thought thru this kit with care and focus on the end customer not to mention nice parts organization, great instructions and high quality of the materials. With just a little help from my wife helping to raise the ridge pole, I installed it completely by myself in two days.
