I wanted a greenhouse and I had no idea how to set it up with vents and cross ventilation and thermostats, they’re all just words to me. I called Kip one day told him my dilemma and he set me up with everything I needed to make my greenhouse operate properly. The price was good and the service was phenomenal. If you need any kind of help they will help you over the phone with whatever dilemma you have and if there’s anything they can do to make your greenhouse experience easier they will.

Terrible customer service. I've been in the service industry for over 40 years and I'm shocked to see such poor customer relations. They aren't the only game anymore so it behooves me as to why they act this way. OBC will treat you much better.
