Aggressive people, driving people away madly. Bad customer service. Not recommend, especially if you have kids.

Great non profit organization that partners with local food banks to donate fresh produce to families. They also have a small native plant nursery

I love their native plants - this is one of the few places I can find them. That said, a lot of the plants are quite expensive (although they do have a few $5 annuals, many of which will reseed), so I think the average gardener will find themselves buying just a couple. You really have to be a dedicated (or deep-pocketed!) enthusiast to buy a $14 trillium that's 2 inches tall and won't flower for another few years! I've attached some photos of flowers I've bought from Oxbow in the past.

Trails overgrown, lots of debris. Clearly low maintenance. We ended up going to Tolt River park nearby.

We love their family days, which have great farm to table food ( they grow the best salad greens in their greenhouse and have loved the seasonal menu cooked over an open fire grill, and they usually have gluten free options). We’ve done a few of their conservation tours and I’m so impressed by the massive native plants at greenhouse. Live music in a beautiful spot with room for the kids to run around and play in the kids garden, great food and plenty to do, and there’s even a farm stand to grab some unique heirloom produce on your way out. I can’t recommend this spot enough for folks who want to connect their families with the land through environmental stewardship.
