Plant Shoppe at Stitch Cafe – West Village, Downtown OKC

Drove 45 minutes to visit the shop and nothing online says they’re closed to the public. See pics of Google and Maps. Google even notes - “on-site services” and no internet quotes. That said, you can’t shop in person according to the sign on their door. As the business owner I support doing whatever you need to do but put the information out there on the Internet and save people the frustration or traveling to the shop, only to find that it’s closed to the public for in-person shopping. Your website isn’t the best place to note this, truly - and the note about being closed isn’t until way down at the bottom of the home page. Just advice to avoid potential customer turn-off.

We drove from Tulsa area to OKC to Plant Shop hop and their Facebook said they were open as well as Google but there was a sign on door that said closed and only by event or appointment because life is too damn short. But Facebook story also said open. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I wanted a special floral wreath for my daughter’s 13th birthday. I was BLOWN away by how lovely it turned out. It was more perfect than what I had even pictured. I dried it as a keepsake.

Just being busy with work / life and maybe a little procrastinating may have been involved 🤫 I had waited last minute to make flower delivery arrangements on Valentines Day prob the busiest day of the yr in the flower business. All my worries went out the window when I spoke with Jen she couldn’t have been more accommodating making the delivery without any hesitation now that’s top-notch customer service !!
