They are lovely to work with, very creative and if I gave them a percentage rating of approval it would be 98% or higher. The one or two times things haven’t been perfect they fixed the issue immediately with integrity and professionalism. Highly recommend them.

I wanted to deliver some flowers to my sister who is residing temporarily in Rochester awaiting her husband's release from the hospital. When I learned that transplant patients cannot receive flowers (for protection of their immune systems), they cancelled the order with no problem. They are hands on and very understanding.
