My husband has been sending me flowers from this shop twice a year for 9 years. They are always beautiful and fresh but the service is what really keeps us coming back. They are always so friendly, helpful and kind. If you’re lucky a sweet young man named Cody will deliver your flowers to the door all dressed up in his suit and tie making everything feel SO SPECIAL! First time customer of this florist but i will CERTAINLY be a repeat one now! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday and all i did was give them my budget and desired colors and they produced a STUNNING bouquet that my daughter absolutely loved. Thank you for making her day extra special!!!! My mom and sister also ordered flowers for my daughter to coordinate and were equally as pleased :*)

5 is not enough stars to rate this business. Absolutely beautiful healthy potted arrangement . It was delivered with care and thoughtfulness. And that's a miracle during this 2026 winter weather. The staff provided expertise with the selection . Such a pleasure to deal with a business that truly cares. I will be a repeat customer.

I live in South Carolina and my family and I were unable to attend the service for our cousin who had, sadly, passed away and whose service was being held in Richmond. I called Richmond Greenhouse and Flowers so that our family could pay our respects at her service with a bereavement floral arrangement. My order was taken by an exceedingly kind woman who reassured me that she would make sure that the arrangement we purchased for our loved one would be beautiful. She was very efficient and very thoughtful. Although I did not see the arrangement myself, I was told my family in the Richmond area who attended the service that the flowers were absolutely lovely. My experience with Richmond Greenhouse and Flowers was exceptional from start to finish.
