Robson's Greenhouse

Love going there all old frinds and they had everything I wanted thanks alot

I have shopped at this greenhouse for several years and I used to enjoy all the plants they sell well fast forward to this year…I bought some New Guinea impatiens like 30$ worth and took them home… planted them and they all died within a few days. After I purchased them…(side note) iam NOT a beginner gardener I have been gardening for years... so I know what Iam doing…so I called them and this is why Iam giving a 1 star because of the interaction with the woman who I called I told her what had happened and she was very dismissive and rude…told me that she’s not going to sit around and argue with me over the phone ..when I simply was asking questions…and trying to figure out what may have happened.. she proceeded to tell me that it’s not their plants…and basically insinuating that it was my fault the flowers all died….then asked me more than once what soil I used and if I used fertilizer on them… you don’t treat customers like that…especially one who has been buying from you for years and has spent hundreds at your business… i will Never go back there and purchase anything….not necessarily because the flowers all died but because of the way I was spoken to and the unprofessionalism.. and I will encourage everyone else I know or speak to not to buy from them because of this they need to learn how to talk to customers and have some empathy. Not only was I treated like crap Iam out of 30$ now and have dead flowers that I can’t do anything with

Love this place. Small on the inside but has what you need and want. Family owned.

Great place! My tomato crop was the best ever from Robson's plants. Recommended by my neighbor. I won't buy plants anywhere else from now on. Good prices, friendly staff. A++

Really like this place staff's always friendly willing to help any question you have You can always find that odd or unusual flower there depending on time or season great place.
