Unbelievably rude customer service yesterday from an elderly guy working there that should not be working with the public. I go there annually with my grown kids and 9 grandchildren to pick out pumpkins outside and take a picture together. Usually they come out and total the items in the cart outside and after I pay for them, they load them in the car outside for me. I walked inside and told the worker that I was ready to be checked out and he acknowledged me and said he would be right out. Then a couple that arrived after I arrived went inside (AFTER I had gone inside and said that I was ready) and this old man actually totaled their cart and I watched the customer keep shopping adding more items while my daughter in law and her kids waited in the hear outside for them to help us. We had sent my boys home because the employees at Russells have always helped us load the car. Finally the old man worker came out and totaled our cart. After I went inside and paid for well over $100 worth of pumpkins, I asked for help loading them and he said” Good luck with that,, we are really busy” Unbelievable!!! I will never go back there again and will look for pumpkins elsewhere!!!
