Jul 13, 2025Great selection and customer service! One of the employees(?) seemed knowledgeable and was willing to take time to explain different plant needs and had some great recommendations. There was also a sweet cat that hung around the garden center whom seemed to be quite liked by the folks there!

May 1, 2025I'm going to give 2 Stars for their selection. Even before the season began, there were interesting plant options available. My husband and I went twice (and purchased items both times). Each time we got in the car, we looked at each other and said, "Is it just me, or did it seem like they did not want us there?". Visit 1 - We just wanted to look around and see what was on offer. When we were asked, we said we were just looking around, the sales guy seemed...skeptical? Visit 2 - Needed some potting soil. We grabbed a cart and started putting bags on the cart to take to the register. Same sales guy comes over and asked if we paid for the bags. No, that's why we're putting on the cart. In the future, I'll choose to go to a local store where I feel like I'm not breaking their rules by being there and wanting to buy things. Was trying to support stores in my immediate vicinity (Pfafftown) and I'll see what else is around.

Apr 24, 2025As far as customer service, there was only one gentleman that showed me kindness at that establishment. So I will give them at least a one start. I came there to look for some specific plants but I did find some that I thought were pretty. Went to the counter to pay, and whoever the cashier was gave a half greeting. The person rung up my flowers and I handed him my card (in his hand). He ran the payment and slightly threw my card down and did not hand it back. In any type of customer service, or even common courtesy, when a person hands you something, you hand it back to them. Establishments that run their business like that should not be running if it common courtesy is not a common practice. Worse nursery not to go to. Go elsewhere.
