To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent landscaping purchase from your company. My experience, from the initial consultation to the final installation and aftercare, has been exceptionally poor. Our project involved filling a 42-foot long, 36-inch wide, and 42-inch high planter bed with 12 trees and 8 shrubs as part of a backyard remodeling. Our salesperson, Vik, was consistently arrogant and dismissive, not allowing us to fully explain our vision. We agreed that the planter bed would be filled to four inches below the capstone, with the plants evenly spaced. Following negotiations, a deposit was paid, which is when the issues began. For weeks, we faced unanswered calls and vague responses regarding our installation schedule. When the plants and a small trailer of soil finally arrived, it was immediately clear that there was not enough soil to fill the planter to the agreed-upon level. I was informed that Vik had failed to account for the necessary amount and was presented with an additional $2000 charge for the remaining topsoil. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Despite my reluctance, I paid the additional fee. The subsequent delay in receiving the additional soil and completing the planting was equally frustrating. During this waiting period, I received no instructions on how to care for the potted trees and shrubs, which consequently withered and died. Vik insisted this was my fault and refused any responsibility. The dead plants were eventually planted with the delivered soil. Within three weeks, the trees showed no signs of growth. My attempts to contact Vik over the holidays regarding a warranty were initially met with assurances that increased watering would suffice, followed by a delayed irrigation system check and further instructions to increase watering frequency and duration, none of which helped. Eventually, after emailing, I was informed that our warranty had expired. Following further communication and the provision of text messages documenting the plants' decline well within any reasonable timeframe, your company agreed to honor the warranty and replace six trees and one shrub. The replacement process was again fraught with delays and requests for unnecessary information, such as irrigation system photos and watering videos, which seemed like attempts to avoid responsibility. After numerous conversations with Vik and someone claiming to be the owner, a replacement was scheduled. These replacements were finally planted two months later. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against working with Vik. His unprofessionalism, misrepresentation of the project scope, and poor customer service were consistent throughout this ordeal.

Wow! I have been missing out! This nursery is beautiful! Reminds me of Rodgers gardens but better. Julie is a plethora of information and so helpful. The gentleman was kind and helpful as well. Cannot wait to come back. Will be telling all my friends!

Love this place. I drive from Fontana just to get their vegetables. Everybody's really nice and also very knowledgeable. Even came out of there with some rescue plants. This is my go to nursery
