We purchased the Garden Sunroom Lean-To as both a greenhouse and as an aviary for our 2 Sun Conure parrots. It's quickly become our favorite chill out room in our home, and honestly one of the best investments that we have made for us, our plants and our pets. It's great for going out and reading a book and listening to the rain hit the roof in the winter. We all love it! We went for the thermal option, and found that it does keep it at a pretty steady temp without the heater having to kick on as often. Some of the acrylic pieces were cut a little too large for the window slots, but I reached out to Sturdi-Built and they were very helpful in getting some new pieces cut for us that went in perfectly. It's a beautiful structure. Well crafted and well made. I would definitely recommend this company to get a beautiful greenhouse and would buy one again if we relocated. Thanks Sturdi-Built!! :)

We purchased and erected our SturdiBuilt greenhouse in 1997. This summer we re-stained the frame and replaced a few of the exterior pieces. It looks great and is still structurally sound. A very good investment.

We purchased a Sturdi-built 7 x 11 Trillium greenhouse in October 2023. They kept me up-to-date on the progress of my order, and I had my greenhouse right when they said I would. We had the option to hire a contractor to build it, but I decided I wanted to do the project myself. I’m a 43 year old woman with very limited building experience (meaning IKEA furniture) and I was able to both stain and assemble the greenhouse by myself. We hired a contractor to level a foundation for the project and once that was done, I was off to the races. I managed to complete the greenhouse in about three weeks in my spare time. I didn’t rush and really took my time or I probably could’ve completed it sooner. I stained all the pieces and assembled it, recruiting the husband’s help only when I needed to put the framed walls up. We did decide to upgrade to the pre-fabricated walls and that was a huge help. I found the instructions to be pretty easy to follow, including the links to various instructional YouTube videos. If I had one critique, it would be that I wish that there were written instructions for the thermal option installation. I’m sure they told me when I received the greenhouse what I needed to do, but I had forgotten everything by the time I got to that point in my build. (Oops) However, when I reached out to Sturdi-built for this and any other questions I had throughout the build, they always responded quickly! They were very helpful and accommodating with all of my questions. I didn’t have a single unpleasant interaction. I was genuinely surprised how easy the project came together. It is so well designed, an amateur can do it (with some grit, of course!). I chose Sturdi-built specifically because I absolutely fell in love with its classic look. I didn’t want an aluminum framed eyesore. I wanted something that was beautiful and timeless, that would serve my purposes for years to come. I found that in a Sturdi-Built greenhouse. It is now filled with my tropical plants, and it’s my favorite place to be. My ONLY regret is that I didn’t have space for a larger model. I’m so happy with our purchase! I cannot recommend Sturdi-Built enough!
