Sunview Builders - Sheds, Greenhouses & More

Sunview Builders built a greenhouse to our specifications. It was completed and delivered in a timely fashion. The construction appears to be of great quality. I would definitely recommend Sunview Builders to anyone considering purchasing an outdoor building.

The shed I had built by Sunview Builders is great quality. Sunview helped by designing exactly to the specifications needed to be approved by my home owners association. I would definitely recommend Sunview Builders to anyone needing a shed.

Edwin was fantastic from the very start he answered all my questions and made the process from “thinking about it” through delivery such a great process. The quality of my new office “shed” is top notch! I will never look anywhere else for our shed needs!!!

I am not sure why they got such a high rating. I was working with Edwin who called me multiple times everyday until I finally decided to go with them. We talked about what I wanted which was two stalls and a tack room and a carport at the end. The tack room was to have a floor and a roll up door on the model he showed me. We also discussed making sure the building was anchored in. Well, I got what looked the same on the outside but no floor in track room a door that does not go to the ground lots and of scratches. There is only vertical support so no horizontal bar so metal does not sit flush but sticks out inside. This was built as a horse shelter at the time of purchase but built as a carport. Sunview builders did not even supply, build or install this building. It was done by two other companies with Affordable Carports doing the installation. And the contract I had thought was saved as pdf when I signed it did not in fact save at all. And Sunview builders went MIA. Do not use them if you think they are doing the building so the reviews mean nothing since they are no longer your contact. the3 1st 2nd and third are the tack room. TThe door that gaps. The door does not ropll smoothly and made of cheap metal. The other shows the gapping of metal that will need to be covered on all post which also is very bendable metal. This building was to be upgraded due to not having kick panels already on. I am not happy and so upset that EDWIN is no longer my contact. * update Edwin was out of town when we contacted him and he contacted me as soon as he got back and wanted to make it right. Apparently there was a confusion between what he told me and what I thought he told me or somewhere in between. The building I purchased was not theirs it was one that they sold their product but did not construct themselves. The building was put together very well however there is a few issues that I discussed with him such as multiple scratches all over the metal and that it did not have the anchors I thought it was coming with. He made sure that they came back out and they put the anchors in that I expected however they did not touch the paint up to my expectations but I was okay with it at this point. Just know that you have to understand who's doing the building if it's not them. If it's affordable carports they will leave trash all over and metal screws so make sure you are out there picking them up before your horses get on them. Thank you Edwin for getting back in touch with me and trying to rectify this problem wish I would have went with one of your products. Maybe you all need to build one of these.
