The Flower Mill

Ordered flowers off the website, it stated it might not look exactly like the photo but I believe for the money paid it could have been better. Arrangement and quality werent as advertised. Contacted The Flower Mill via email and will update this if they make it right. Until then I'd try to look at what your getting before paying before hand online with a card.

14 emails and 4 phone calls later for a simple 7 flower arrangement. I requested 6 red roses and 1 bird of paradise as a centerpiece. Nothing was said about the vase, the height or anything else specific. The problems started arising when their emails came in with the wrong address that was not provided. I called to correct it 2 other times! Even after they repeated the address to me correctly it was still incorrect on the emails. Fast forward to the product delivered...bird of paradise flower was installed facing upwards. NOT how you display that particular flower sideways. I saw the picture of the finished product from my girlfriend and I couldn't have been more furious! The flower mill assured me more than once that it would turn heads. We'll, heads were turned this time because the final product really wasn't all that was promised. I cannot recommend this company. Im sorry it came to that during their busy season.

The flowers I ordered for my daughter were beautiful! I had left a message that due to the "just because" occasion they could change the vase if they wanted. They picked one that was perfect for the occasion and the flowers!

The ordering process online was very easy, and the arrangement looked almost exactly like the picture. The delivery driver called ahead to ensure that someone was home, and the flowers were delivered shortly thereafter. Easy, convenient, considerate, and the arrangement provided a much needed smile for the recipient!

The Flower Mill provided flowers for my nieces wedding and reception. The flowers were absolutely stunning, they were exactly what my niece envisioned. Stacy was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend.
