Feb 26, 2026I recently rented the room at the Ruth Bancroft Garden for a party. It couldn't have been a more perfect experience. My guests could wander the beautiful garden. The coordinator there, Tim'mya Cook, was easy to work with and very helpful.

Jan 19, 2026Peaceful place, beautiful plants and flowers. They give you a self guide tour book in English and Spanish. They accept dogs. It took us 1 hour total.

Jan 15, 2026Visited Bancroft Garden on June 25th and was pleasantly surprised. The weather was mild, and I had about an hour to wander through this small neighborhood garden. The desert plant collection is the highlight — a really interesting variety of cacti and succulents, including several species and flowers I’d never seen before. Some were in bloom, which made the visit especially rewarding. The garden is compact but thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to enjoy without feeling rushed. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience.

Jan 10, 2026I look forward to the Garden of D'Lights event every year. It is colorful, dynamic and brings me joy. In the daylight the gardens are fascinating and full of surprises. At night it is spectacular and other worldly. This event is a must for me in the darkest time of the year and everyone should experience it as well. Perfect for all ages.
