Terrible customer service. Waited a week and a half to ask when my plant would be shipped. Told Tuesday. Saturday ask again. Told an email was sent (nope) the plant is too small. I can wait for it to grow or cancel. Seriously?! Edit: I have zero idea where those emails were sent. I've checked inbox, deleted, and junk. Besides all of that I bought the hot pack for the cold issue. NONE OF THAT EXPLAINS THE FINAL MESSAGE THAT I ATTACHED.

Original review: Purchasing items from their online store gave my information to scammers and advertisers. Ive had 3 texts within an hour of placing my order. Stay clear, they are selling your info. ---------- Edit to respond to their message- This is 100% connected, the texts reference that area of Florida and i dont even live there. Its not a coincidence I enter my info into your system and I get spam texts immediately. Clearly, your cybersecurity protocol has flaws.

This Nursery is awesome! the prices are clear and tracked on the website and the staff is very attentive, cant wait for better weather to load up on plants!

Stopped by Top Tropicals yet again to grab a couple more plants to replace what was lost during the recent freezes, and I realized I never wrote a review for them, though I've been a customer for nearly a decade?! A lot of the outstanding specimens in my yard originate here, and they range from fruit trees (Mango, Sapodilla, Guava, Barbados Cherry, Fried Egg Tree, Mombin) to fragrants (Plumeria, Almond Bush, Night Blooming Jasmine) and specimen trees (like the beautiful Silk Floss Tree). They often have sales that are actually meaningful, and I've scored some great deals on beautiful, healthy plants. I stop by every time I'm in the area, and tend to leave with more than I planned on getting. Grateful for what they do, and highly recommend them!

I’m extremely happy with my ylang ylang purchase from this nursery. The first photo is the day I received the plant after 8 days of shipping from Florida to my home in Oregon showing the stress of that trip. The second photo is one month later having taking care of the plant per their detailed instructions. Curt Holmes
