Absolutely appalling treatment. While my wife was breastfeeding our 9-month-old in the car, our dog unexpectedly jumped out and ran into the garden center. Frantic and carrying a half-diapered baby, she rushed inside calling for help. Not one employee offered assistance. Instead a staff member screamed at her about the dog not being on a leash. Thankfully, a few kind customers stepped in to help—but the staff, who should have set the tone, showed zero empathy. My wife was clearly distressed and overwhelmed, and instead of offering basic human decency, they chose to berate her. We’ve been loyal customers for years. After this experience, we will never return. Until this business learns how to treat people with compassion, they don’t deserve anyone’s business.

First place I go to get any of my flowers. So many beautiful hanging baskets it’s hard to just pick one! The prices have always been fair and affordable. Always something new or different that I can discover at this garden center .
