Westland Florist & Greenhouse

I paid for the one on the left and upgraded the original to this premium boutique for $78. The one on the right is what I received. Personally I think that the florist industry is a racket. I had a kinda same experience with Thrifty Florist last year but theirs was much nicer and they even remade my bouquet to try to accommodate me. I never should’ve accepted what they gave me at Westland Florist nor will they ever get another dime from me. Buyer beware I guess😡😡

Absolutely amazing service and quality. Stopped in for a grave blanket for my dad. Explained what we wanted and ordered. Asked for expected day of completion and were told it could be made while we waited. Beautiful, waited 10 minutes and we were headed to place on dad's grave.

I ordered a Christmas arrangement for my parents, and it exceeded my expectations. The flowers arrived fresh and beautifully arranged, and my parents absolutely loved it. The vase was also stunning and added an elegant touch. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience!

The lady I worked with at this shop was just fantastic. She made an incredible custom arrangement of mother's day flowers that is still blooming after a week! Before the delivery, she called me to get final thoughts on the custom arrangement. Who does this? People who care, that's who. I don't live near Westland, but if I did, I'd stop by this store and give this lady a hug for being so talented and kind. Thank you!

This is the second time ordering a floral arrangements from Westland Florist. Now I'm done. The staff IS very nice, & arrangements the looked super when I picked them up. However... -The 1st one wilted within 24 hours: the florist mitigated the problem promptly, which gave it a couple more days. -The 2nd arrangement started to wilt within 48 hours. I didn't reach out this time, because, why? -Despite attention to water, room temperature, whatever they're using in the arrangements doesn't keep flowers fresh -- or they make arrangements too early for pick up. All I know is that when you purchase an arrangement, it ought to last beyond 3 days. If the flowers were going to a funeral or convalescent, it would be embarrassing. I'm going elsewhere for floral needs. Sorry. You had your chance.
