Poor effort. What I ordered thru FTD and what I got for $85 ($100+) after delivery. Not even close.

I ordered a beautiful floral arrangement for my cousin's 70th birthday surprise from Flowers by Eva. My order was fulfilled by this floral shop. A day late and with a bunch of flowers I could have bought at Jewel for $20, including the vase. I paid $75 for this crap and they only want to credit me $25.

I had a wonderful experience today with the Lansing Floral Shop. They made a beautiful arrangement for my sister- and delivered it in the middle of a snowstorm!! Thank you for making her day special.- Great service!!

I ordered a bouquet for my daughter's birthday and it was not even close to what I had selected from the online website. I ordered from SendFlowers and was fulfilled through this floral shop. Also, I selected the deluxe bouquet which I paid extra and it only had 6 wimpy roses with a dark brown stem. Take a look for yourself of what was expected and what was received. This is horrible!
