Harvey's Greenhouse

Great service!

Harvey’s greenhouse has a nice selection of plants and several greenhouses with good prices.

Great selection, but their prices are not current (still charging quite a bit for certain house plants), and they are not well marked. I choose a plant from a tray that said $5. Some of the plants weren't marked at all, but common sense dictates that they'd all be $5 since they were the same pot size and plant. It rang up at $10 and I wasn't given an explanation on why when I told her the others were $5. I returned it because I felt that was too much for the plant I was getting. I also felt like I was tricked into buying it. I'm not down with that so I won't be returning. If they would just be more clear and fair on pricing I'd have bought quite a bit. (Pictured is the really awesome Staghorn fern they had I found very interesting!)

Unorganized and a lot of plants people don't want, Lowes has a better selection

I love my local greenhouse. They order in what I want if they don’t have it. They have expert advice, cause I don’t have any idea what I’m doing, and they offer suggestions when I don’t even know what questions to ask. Get in early to get mulch and stuff. I’m always there too late and they’re out of the color I want
