Verdant

Amazing customer service!! I ordered flowers for my friend but when there were some hiccups when it came to the delivery of the bouquet (not really anyone’s “fault,” just a thing that happened), they went above and beyond to fix it—not only once, but twice. And they didn’t even really do anything wrong that needed to be “fixed” in the first place, but they did it anyway. I’m not a KC local, but next time I go visit my friend, we’re absolutely going to come visit Verdant and thank Lauren and Margarita for their help.

Ann is the most wonderful person! She was so kind to me and helped me with a bouquet for myself this Valentine’s Day season!

I’d like to share how wonderful an experience I had with this local florist. I called and a very pleasant person helped through the online ordering process. I’m so skeptical of what will be received that I was delighted when my daughter sent these photos of a beautifully elegant bouquet for under $100!!! The card and small flower a nice touch to the packaging! Worth all the stars when she called and I could “hear” the surprise and smiles!

Last week I had a wonderful experience at Verdant! Ann was so kind to show me how to position the flowers using the ikebana. The fact that Ann took the time to explain what we were doing and help really made my whole day. This was the second experience I’ve had with Ann and every time she welcomes me and everyone into the store with a smile. 😊 ❤️

Verdant has the most helpful staff. I've been getting flowers here for years and they are always ready and willing to answer any questions you have. The refillable candles and vases they sell are fantastic.
