Louisville Hydroponics Garden Supply

I was excited to come to the shop. I’ve never been here before. I just had the worst customer service experience. I told the woman how excited I was to come in cause I’ve never been here before she just kind of nodded and kept talking on the phone whoever she was talking to. I asked her about two different products. She said she doesn’t carry those and then got back to her conversation on the phone. Horrible customer service. Maybe she’s having a bad day, but it sure seem like she did not give a shit.

The store owner and staff are super great and really helpful give tons of advice and tips.

What a lovely 30 year gem on Taylor Blvd! After driving by and seeing this place for years, I finally stopped in and super happy I did! The owner is really friendly, very knowledgeable and as kind as can be. He helped me get started on propagating some plant stems I salvaged from cats having their way with. His dog college is sweet, playful and loves head scratches! I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place for all your gardening needs!

I've never had a issue with this store not being open when I've went there. Excellent customer service, nice people working there.
