Tay treated our dog like her own attentive, gentle, and full of affection. The updates, the professionalism, the environment… everything was 10/10. The reason there are *only* 5-star reviews is that this person is the real deal, serious plant whisperer, with all the wisdom & experience & steady kind support for your shaky green thumb. I came to Tay with a plant SOS that the internet had given loads on conflicting advice about, and I was up to my eyeballs in bad instructions that hadn't helped. She patiently listened & walked me through all of what I needed to do to remedy the situation (every step, seriously) and abidingly answered all (all) of my follow-up questions (with photos!), guiding me smoothly through the rescue of my dear indoor treefriend. ✨️🌳✨️ Truly, worth every penny and then some to have this plant angel on your shoulder when you need a helping hand.
