I visited this garden, wait! Let’s be very honest. This isn’t a garden anymore. This is a nature trail now. There were broken statues. One of the four seasons statues is literally only still standing because it’s propped up in an overgrown bush. The three little cherub statue only has two heads. Every single urn/flower pot was empty. I was heartbroken. Very disappointed. Nothing at all like the photos posted on the website.

The ladies that worked there were very knowledgeable and friendly. I showed them a picture of my flower bed, and they picked out some more plants that would go great in my front yard.

This place is very run down. Definitely not worth it to go. The lady was very nice but just nowhere anyone would want to see.

If you're a nature lover, a peace seeker, or simply a creative idealist, Mynelle Gardens is a must-visit. This hidden gem, nestled amidst the city, offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. While the garden may not be in its original pristine state, it still holds the bones of its former beauty. Today, it's a vibrant green space teeming with life. You'll find fish swimming in the ponds, turtles basking in the sun, and a variety of birds singing their melodious tunes. Go with an open mind and let yourself be immersed in the wonder of this unique garden. It's a place where you can truly connect with nature and find peace. I absolutely love it! And don’t forget to tour or rent the beautiful Westbrook house located on the property. It was once the original home of a local flower company.

The McDonald's across the street has better varieties of flowers and plants, and is much better taken care of. This was very disappointing. Overgrown, dirty, falling apart. I get the bridge creek and sway and I walked over the dry rotted boards. I would have sat down but the benches are decayed and look like they have spiders under them. The whole thing took me a few minutes to walk through because there was nowhere I wanted to look or stop. Nothing to see. I honestly can't believe they charge for this over grown, untended lot. Pets are welcome, which is a plus.
