Wonderful job. I had to change delivery times and I was accommodated with a smile. The flowers arrived in time as promised and were much more beautiful in person.

I have never had a bad experience. It doesn't matter if I'm in store or ordering online. In store everyone if friendly and extremely knowledgeable, which is great for someone lacking a green thumb, like me. They are the only place I use when I need to send someone flowers. They always have the best looking arrangements that last for weeks when properly cared for. Highly recommend.

After living in Billings for many years I have relocated to Rapid City. Whenever I need to send flowers to someone in Billings I always go to Gainan’s. Their website is easy to navigate. Their flowers are stunning. The delivery fee is good and they don’t charge a service fee on top of the delivery charge which many places do. Great service & great quality.
