honestly, I really wanted to like them. I got a plant from them before and it was lovely. so when my haworthia needed more soil, i thought id go there to get it repotted. they repotted it in dense organic soil instead of succulent/cactus mix and i didn't know better. literally the next day, the plant looked stressed, i searched online and found out the the soil was wrong. the plant eventually died. i don't know why they did that and i don't know how i can trust them again...

My boyfriend has mentioned wanting a particular kind of cactus, so I went in about 1.5 weeks before Valentine’s Day to see if it’d be possible to get it. They wrote down my information and assured me they’d work with the nursery they get their plants from to see if they could get one in time with their next plant delivery. Unfortunately, they were unable to get it, but an employee (possibly the owner or manager, not sure) saw my disappointment and kindly offered to remove the cactus I wanted from a group arrangement they had available and place it in its own pot for me. I appreciate her going out of her way to do that and allowing me to give my boyfriend his gift in time! Great service and wonderful selection of plants as well as pots, cards, etcetera. Love this shop!

Lovely shop with plenty of plants, some quite rare, and all in great shape. Everything is displayed thoughtfully and the space overall is quite peaceful. They carry a variety of fun planters and plant paraphernalia (grow lights, ornaments, watering bulbs, etc.). I especially loved that they label certain plants as pet safe! The staff member who helped us was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly loves plants! Excited to go back soon!

Got my little terrarium plant swapped over to a larger one because it got too big. Great kind service, lovely plants and reasonable prices. Im super happy, will be back for more plants 💚

4 years ago I purchased a $20 monstera from Trader Joe’s. That $20 monstera turned into a 3 foot monster that was overgrown and generally just untidy. I knew I needed to repot her but I couldn’t bring myself to do it because I was sure I’d mess it up. I texted PLNTD because I saw on Instagram that they did repots and they were so friendly! They answered all my questions and I finally took her over for a new pot. They were so nice, so friendly, and they got her into a brand new pot in under 20 mins. She’s looking so much better, so much tidier and neater. They have me great tips on how to keep her contained moving forward and I’m so glad I finally got this done. 11/10 would recommend!
