I am a regular at Jericho but with purchase of new phone my rewards program had dropped and Wendy “Queen of Sass” entered info-time permitting- for me. I find the service, selection, and care with customers to be outstanding. Give them time to get the new season in full swing and they will look at lists on phones to see what may arrive or what is in stock. Large inventory with outstanding owners and staff. This the best for all your gardening needs!

Ive always enjoyed the gardening radio show from Jericho Nursery, it is informative and a great resource for local plant care. Unfortunately my experiences have not matched that quality, both in store and over the phone. I called today about specific products and the Lady I spoke with did not know about the product, what had been ordered, or the pricing of the plants question. Staff often seem unsure about what they have in stock, what has been ordered, or basic plant information. It can be difficult to get clear help when asking questions and the overall experience feels disorganized. I have had to shop elsewhere because the information I needed was not available(the lady didn’t seem to care and let money walk), and it is hard to support a local business that does not support its customers or take the time to find answers for them. It is a really cool place to shop and I want to support local, but customer service and product knowledge could really improve.

Brian helped not only picking out a pompas plant but gave me a great price and also carried out to my car!! Need more people with that kind of customer service skills. Seemed like a good worker also. As soon as he loaded up car he grabbed a pallet to put away. Great job 👌😁

Great staff. Lots of good items and good advice for raised beds, bug deterrents, plant nutrients, and more. Large variety of plants and rocks for the small to large yards. HUGE selection of yard art, birdbaths, wind spinners, and wall art.

We did a holiday party here and made wreaths. It was just awesome and something different for a work party that I thought was really great. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. We looked around. Little bit and they have so much! The chimineas are just gorgeous! Great place!
