Shopping at Nygaard Nursery is always a wonderful experience. Luke and his workers are so helpful. They provide great service and are a perfect complement to the Rail District.

We had such an amazing experience at Nygaard Nursery! The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He spent time with us, offering fantastic advice on a new tree for our yard, and you could tell he genuinely loves what he does. The most thoughtful part was how sweet he was with our daughter. It's her first Halloween, and he gave her a little pumpkin, which absolutely made her day. This kind of kindness and personal touch goes a long way. We'll definitely be back for all our future gardening and planting needs!

We stumbled upon Nygaard Nursery this spring when we were checking out the Rail District on our way through Dilworth. What a goldmine! The nursery stock was healthy and well organized with great selection and very reasonable prices. They offer perennials in 4” pots that are priced considerably less than gallon size pots. I so appreciated that, as I needed a lot of plants for a big project. And I found varieties of plants that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. All of the new plants I got in May are close to full size now (August) and thriving. I was only shopping for perennials at the time but Luke stocks annuals, vegetables, and shrubs as well. He knows his plants! I stopped back at Nygaard Nursery recently and once again found a specific perennial that I haven’t been able to find at other garden centers I’ve shopped, as well as a few others to fill in some bare spots. Luke has been so helpful and kind, and he sincerely appreciates his customers and values their business. I’ll be back at Nygaard Nursery next spring with my plant shopping list. It’s a fun, “feel good” place to shop!
