I researched different greenhouse manufacturers through the internet and spoke with representatives of several companies. I chose to work with Botanical Greenhouse Builders because the representative I dealt with, Jennifer Sutton, was very informative and responsive. She also assured me that they have an installer in my area, MTM Glass, who proved to be very professional and efficient. Jennifer informed me of the different steps involved in the process, including the long wait until production, and kept me updated regularly. Whenever possible, Jennifer made the process stress free. We now have a beautiful, working greenhouse!

When our school was searching for bids for our professional greenhouse, we took bids from many different custom greenhouse manufacturers from all across the country. We would reach out to the companies to tell them what we wanted, and they would send us a standard bid without giving any attention to our unique project. No one thought to make recommendations for our project based on our climate and elevation, or their own professional acumen. With Jennifer, at Botanical Greenhouse Builders, it was completely different. Botanical was the last company we reached out to for a bid, but we should have started with them. It would have saved us so much time. Before sending us a bid for the project, she called us to ask us questions about our project's design, purpose, and usage. She made recommendations on how we should change the heating, ventilation, and air circulation in our original design to better suit our needs. She took the time to research the local climate in Tooele, Utah. Based on this information, she chose specialty glass that would minimize the solar heat gain in the summer, as well as reduce our heating costs in the winter. Without her expertise, and her careful consideration of our project, we would have ended up with a far inferior greenhouse. This isn't to say she up-sold us, either. On the contrary, Jennifer saved us thousands by finding us the best prices, products, and professional installers at a huge savings when compared to other vendors. In terms of the quality of the design, materials, and construction, the Florian greenhouse is easily three times better than anything else we were offered by the other companies. Every other bid came in well over our budget, and was made of flimsy aluminum frames and cheap single pane glass. Jen's greenhouse came in under budget, and we couldn't be happier. Our greenhouse is now fully installed, and we are so thrilled with the end product. From start-to-finish, Botanical Greenhouse Builders did an amazing job. Jennifer definitely goes the extra mile for her customers!
