Lovely, peaceful place for leisurely walk with family and pets.

One of my most favorite parks for walking my dog in the afternoon after I leave my downtown Salem office. Beautiful paced walking trails with lots of picnic tables and public restrooms very popular with strollers, joggers and dog owners

Beautiful park, the upper lot on the South side has picnic benches and restrooms. The lower lot baseball field and more picnic benches. The north side lower lot tends to have a few of the homeless in it, but they don’t seem to bother people much.

Love this place abd today was extra special. I saw a barred owl.
