Nancy's Exotic Plants

The owner took down my order and delivery address for Ravenel. Tried to delivery the order never called me to tell me they couldn't find it. Flowers were not delivered. My Son had to pick up from store. Very unfriendly!!

I am very upset. I called on Monday for my mom’s Anniversary on Tuesday. Nancy took down all my info but then never sent my mother and stepfather anything. My mom thought that I had completely forgotten until I called later that evening. They live 10 minutes away from her business so distance should not have been an issue. I called several times and was ignored. Do not order from her unless you want to be severely disappointed.

Hands down, the best florist there is in Charleston! Nancy handled the florals for our Wedding; both her service and fun personality were above and beyond outstanding! She walked The Gibbes with us, not only confirming she could accommodate my dream, but providing recommendations we had not thought of! What we had imagined and hoped for, was nothing like what she delivered; it was TEN TIMES better!! From the simple touches on the stair railings, to the beautifully elaborate centerpieces, to the show-stopping gorgeous floral arch for the ceremony, her florals were better than perfection; they were a work of art!

Called Nancy to send roses to someone special in an area where many other florists didn't deliver. Not only did Nancy arrange a beautiful display but she also had it there on time. Excellent service and value. Thank you.
