First time plant parents and we gave Urban Earth a try , I want to say we found Nevada helpful she’s very knowledgeable and informative ,she helped us pick a pot and the perfect plants for beginners, we will be returning throughout our journey of earning our green thumbs, staff was friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere was nice thank you for making this a memorable experience!

Loved it plant bingo was fun!! I didnt know so many beautiful plants existed. So many beautiful fountains as well plus other items I would've never thought of for plants 🪴 ❤️

One of resolutions this year was to spend more time with plants. This all happened on the fly after New Year's, but it was something I new I needed to get back to. Unfortunately, since the last time I gardened I lived in a house and not in an apartment in Midtown, so I revised plans to include more indoor plants. Honestly, I was so overwhelmed walking the store. However once I managed to go up to a person and ask questions, it all dissipated. Nevada (that's what it says on the receipt) was truly so much help. She was so inviting and knowledgeable. She's also a great sales person bc I surely didn't go in planning to spend so much. All-in-all I left with some great new pits, plants and some seeds and grow lights. I'm highly satisfied and will come back soon!
