My landscaper’s words “they did you dirty.” I placed a massive order and ended up returning almost all of it because the condition of the plants was unacceptable. Unbelievably overpriced for what you get and an $87 fee for local delivery (37209). I’m sure if you go there and select (and transport) the plants yourself it’s a better experience, but this was mine. Just trying to save other homeowners some hassle (and money) by sharing. They did not offer to refund any of the delivery fee so zero stars for customer service too.

Awesome experience. Staff was great with knowledge of where plants were located and growth rate! Prices were reasonable given their size. Multiple size options for each plant.

My fiancé and I bought two items from Bates and one is already dying after a week of following the instructions very carefully. The other plant is completely healthy. Bates said it was our fault although our other plant is healthy as can be. Their warranty allegedly doesn’t cover this for a replacement… do not recommend.
