Cooks Nursery Nederland

Unfortunately I didn't get what was discussed on the phone, due to a change in price when at the store. The price for a citrus tree at Cook's was $51.99 on the phone, but it was raised to $199.00 when I arrived at the store. I declined the purchase from Cook's nursery but purchased nearly the same size and quality citrus tree at another nursery for $49.99.

I flew into town on the day before my Grandpa's funeral and totally forgot about flowers and plants. A high school friend referred me to Cook's Nursey. I spoke with David and other family members spoke with another Cook's representative to request a miracle. I want to let you all know how you made a family's day perfect with light during a dark time🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽 Thank you for your hard work and commitment to excellent customer service.

12-28-2024. Sould open at 10.00 am. Was there at 10.00 am and waited 45 minutes still didn't open. Called multiple times, no answer. White car in front. They lost business. Hopefully they do better. Website and store sign say Saturday 10am- 4 pm. Owners need to know and be aware of this

Second time giving this place a try. They have an excellent variety of garden decor ranging from chimneas to windchimes. The atmosphere is quite unwelcoming with the strong smell of cat urine and the negative attitude of the employees. The entire time I was there one employee was loudly fussing at an older man about how he tied the plants incorrectly, all while cursing. Will travel to Beaumont instead.

Always a great place to go for plants or memorial items.
