Great customer service!

I would highly recommend Growing Tx Greens Emporium to anyone with indoor plants. Ruben is the owner and he was responsive telephonically and coordinated meeting me at his shop to help me with potting up a handful of plants that I have been a bad plant parent to over the past few years. I brought my plants in, we evaluated what was needed, identified the problems in watering pattern, pot structure, and health of the plants. He helped me find the right soil and food that my plants needed for the state of their health. He gracefully took 4 of my plants and removed them from their pot, identified good and bad roots, taught me what he was noticing along the way, and he used some of his own resources in the shop to help get things potted up with the correct drainage and soil. He taught me how to properly take care of these plants to give them the best opportunity to future healthy growth. I left with happy plants and a better plan. Not only did I learn a lot, he did all the work. This is what I had been looking for many months and I am so happy (as I know my plants are as well). Ruben was awesome, the plant selection is unique and well priced, and he has all the essentials for anyone wanting to get into indoor plants. 10/10, highly recommend. I will be back.

We found the perfect tree for our living room. The person who helped us was honest and knowledgeable. He pointed us to better tree than the original one we chose, and it’s simply beautiful. Would recommend this place for healthy plants.
