Beautiful Birthday gift arrangement for a day and a half. I sent pictures and messaged them to Kathryn's. No response. All roses dried within 3 days. Even the carnations, that SHOULD last many days had shriveled up. 1 week later, I know why as some filler was not even in the foam. Even a large rose had no stem at all to collect water. By the way, in the past, I helped in a reputable flower shop. I know this very pricey arrangement was not done well. Please do better.

I live in Texas and wanted to send my daughter birthday flowers. I was very impressed with the flowers. We ordered the "Pure Happiness" bouquet. My daughter received the flowers and sent a picture. It looked amazing, better than what is on the website. Thank you for the great experience, attention to detail and your professionalism.

The quality of the bouquet was nice and lasted a week but it looked nothing like the picture I ordered online. And it was the difference between, "I like this bouquet online, but the one they sent didn't appeal to my eye at all." I am not a fan of purple, and found a bouquet that didn't have it and was bright sunny with lime green/oranges, and the one they sent had lots of purple. Not even close.
