Very very unprofessional customer service sucks I went here on my break with the attempt to order flowers for a friend 1st I was not greeted 2nd there were 2 employees working on was on the phone and the other was in the office and still no one acknowledged me to say hey someone will be with you; so after waiting 25 minutes I left and went to Pat’s where I was professionally assisted the correct way. I would NEVER recommend and I sent corporate a letter along with BBB

I drove down from MD as I used to love going to the strange’s on west broad, but didn’t have time to go that far west so checked this location out. It’s a lot smaller than the west broad location, and unfortunately there was a massive mealy bug infestation on everything I looked at :( sad I couldn’t buy more but didn’t want to bring a bunch of pests home with me.

I needed corsage on short order to honor my mom at my son's wedding. They were happy to work with me and gave me something very special for me to give to her. Thank you.
