I have been holding off on leaving a review because I thought maybe it was just a hit or miss. Customer service here is terrible. All of this is on different visits. Everybody is super rude. I was trying to support local businesses so I called once to ask if they had peonies in and the lady said it was not the season and hung up on me. One lady gave me dirty looks cause I wanted single stems for my own bouquet I was mixing with grocery flowers. One lady questioned me buying lisanthus because of the price, like if you think they’re pricey why sell them that high (I know owner sets prices). All of their stuff Is super overpriced. Plants are a good price, but everything else they have accessory wise is up charge so heavily. I can get the brand and item every where else. I’ve listened to the associates. Talk to other people super rude and condescending just for asking questions. It’ll be months between my visits here and every single time I remember why I don’t go there. I usually stop because of its location and how easy it is to get in and out. We skipped the 1-800 flower order this year for Valentine’s Day and went straight through them. It looked nothing like the photo. Luckily my MIL didn’t know any different. Will be DIYing or going off island.

The greenhouse did the flowers for my granddaughter's wedding in July and did a fabulous job for a great price. They were delivered on time and she even brought extra filler just in case we needed some!

I drive all the way from South Whidbey to The Greenhouse Nursery and Florist whenever I need plants. The EXPERT ADVICE and genuine caring and kindness I receive from the owner and staff is worth going the. distance. And it doesn't end there... whenever I have a plant that is not thriving I go back and learn how to help my plant thrive. TRULY EXCEPTIONAL BUSINESS - GRATEFULLY JLH

My favorite place to stop. I have never had an issue with the quality or customer service. The opposite, actually; they've always been fast, kind and helpful. I've never witnessed them be anything but the same to other customers in-store

The flowers I received for my birthday from this nursery were the best flowers I have ever received! They were fresh, smelled amazing, and lasted a few weeks! I've also purchased indoor & outdoor plants here. My plants have been thriving! This nursery also supports the local military community by offering a discount. This nursery is my go to for indoor & outdoor plants!! Highly recommend shopping here!
