I highly recommend this greenhouse and company! The service was friendly, professional, and responsive. The team went above and beyond during the entire process (ordering, delivery, and installation). The quality of the greenhouse is excellent. We've had ours for two growing seasons now; we appreciate the raised beds, deep planting trough, watering trays, water access, electricity/lights, and the general versatility of the interior (removable wooden slats). There's plenty of room and light for multi-tier growing. I am still learning about gardening, but I have grown tomatoes, peas (shelling and snap), lettuce, beets, spinach, potatoes, carrots, beans, onions, garlic, peppers, strawberries, and herbs in my Solar Gem greenhouse. We could not be happier with this purchase.

Exceptionally designed greenhouse for the PNW.Overwintered many of my tropicals with two 1500W heaters in this small greenhouse where the outside temperatures reached 7 degrees F, and maintained an internal temperature of 42F. By mid to late January, the GH was venting with sunny days to 80 plus degree Temps, allowing the propagation of my pepper seedlings to larger containers. April produced the best seedling tomatoes ever! Great GH for cold climates!

My Solar Gem Greenhouse Did Not Hold Up To NW Montana Winters...It Collapsed & Solar Gem Would Not Fix Or Warranty It

This is a very unprofessional company, as a hotshot otr driver , I came to their call for a load , the dimensions were 15X8X8 . So fifteen feet long , eight foot high , eight foot wide. With a ten foot wide trailer and 33 ft long , there was no issue here. But because I had a crucial military load eleven feet long , they refused to load me because they didn't want the green house to bow a half inch because of the d rings on my trailer. Also refusing to pay TONU when we didn't cancel , they did because of picky preference and not me being able to actually load the product. By Hawthorne LLC will be filing a bond on the broker for representing this customer and we will be going after five times the cost to go 250 miles just to be told they will not load me. Do better Washington, this is embarrassing for professionals, and for business in general. I would never be able to look anyone in the eyes after being this petty.
