Friendly staff, quick trip to town to grab items.

I wish this store was local! I am 2000 miles away but when this was the only place I could find a door handle that I needed, Mr. Helms agreed to ship it to me. Awesome service! I would definitely shop here more if I could.

What kind of hardware store doesn't know what an M5 screw is? This is like the third time in a row I've been here and staff has no idea what I'm talking about. Not very knowledgeable.

they have horrible customer service because u asked someone for help and they ignored u and then u asked someone else for help and they gave u attitude and weird looks what i bought was damaged and they wouldn’t refund it. Costumer service is really bad and i wouldn’t recommend going to this store.

I love going to Helms. They are always so helpful and friendly. They even helped me with my weed eater today restringing it. I appreciate their service.
