Green Up

Had a great experience getting our Christmas tree at Green Up this weekend. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgable. They helped us pick the perfect tree and had it loaded on top of the car within minutes. Highly recommend!!!

What a wonderful surprise to respond to a marketing email and have a transformed yard within 2 weeks. Morgan and Colin have a top notch team and were an absolute breeze to work with. Glad I joined their mailing list last year - we feel lucky to have met them. You will not regret having their help.

My husband and I had our wedding at GreenUp Greenhouse last weekend. Thanks to Morgan, Colin and other staff it was a beautiful event. We were so lucky to have this gorgeous greenhouse as a backdrop to a day we will never forget. If you’re thinking of a small wedding or party this is definitely the place to do it. We had around 40 guests with plenty of room to spare.

I would like to share my experience with Green Up LLC. I waited several months to wriite this review because I wanted to observe the status of the work this company had done for me. once the growing season began. I spent $40,000 on plants , flower beds and some miscellaneous items. eg installing a flag pole. My experience with this company was abysmal. They assigned one of their staff to my property to oversee the work. Even though he was a nice person, we had to repeatedly meet to discuss the same issues so that they were done as agreed upon. I will be honest that some of the work that was done was very good but the majority was unacceptable. I waited to see if their plantings survived the winter. As I suspected, most of the plantings, (less than half of the stock I purchased) survived the winter. Many of the plantings popped out of the ground exposing their roots to the harsh winter weather resulting in the death of the plant When I was very frustrated with the quality of work being done, I called the owner as well as sending emails to which he was very unresponsive. Even though he rarely responded to my emails or calls, he certainly was quite demaanding for my payments in order to continue the work being done. Being naïve and assuming everything would be done correctly eventually, I paid for the entire cost of the job. I now have to hire a new company, correct the mess he made of my property. I am a reasonable person. I know everything can't go exactly as expected, but in this case the majority of the work was.sub par and now I have to spend a fair amount of money again for something I already paid for my last correspondence with the owner very unacceptable. Tell mMythe person that worked in my property no longer works for him, and I should speak to him to correct the problem. He was the owner of the business. There is no way I could try and find one of his employees to correct what he allowed to occur. My last correspondence went unanswered I was trying to work out some simple resolution which would involve Green-Up to provide the service I already paid for I also think he treated the employee he assigned to my property very poorly. It is my understaning he pressured the individual just to get t job done quickly regardless of whether the. quality of the project was compromised. The employee at least had the decency to call me and offered to correct as as much of the substandard work he could on his own. He had been let go by Green up and I couldn't expect him to work without pay wwhen he was no longer an employee of Green Up, the responsible party I don't understand how all reviews are 5s as I can't imagine the owner"s lack of integrity and high ethical standards was unique to me.

We’ve been working with Colin and Pops at Green Up Garden Center for over a decade, and they’ve always been a trusted supplier of nutrients for our business. Beyond that, they’ve assisted us with numerous projects, whether it’s consulting to source the right equipment or providing their plant-touching expertise directly in our gardens. We’re also big fans of their living walls and stunning decorative floral arrangements. The shop itself is a great place to visit—especially the greenhouse, which is an incredible space they also rent out for special occasions. Highly recommend Green Up Garden Center and their amazing team!
