Jan 18, 2026Very friendly staff. I visited today looking for larger pots for my plants, and the staff member in the yellow hoodie was incredibly kind—going outside twice in the cold to bring back several options for us to choose from. Really appreciated the help!

Jan 17, 2026Absolutely beautiful place with the widest selection of the house plants I’ve ever seen for amazing prices. Also, the staff were very friendly when it came to asking about prices of the plants and checking out. Also Just a PS when you open the sliding doors to the greenhouse, it’s like you walk into an oasis of beautiful plants.

Dec 30, 2025This used to be one of my favorite garden centers, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. I purchased an overpriced terracotta pot (price didn’t bother me because I’ve always supported this business and believed it was family-owned). When I got home and took the pot out of the box, the glass shattered immediately. I returned to the store right away, assuming it wouldn’t be an issue given how much money we regularly spend here. The box had already been opened, and I was told I should have inspected it before leaving the store. That response was disappointing and felt dismissive. Between this experience and other reviews mentioning dead plants being sold at full price, the quality and customer service have clearly declined. This is not how loyal customers should be treated.

Nov 24, 2025This place may look beautiful, but I am absolutely heartbroken. I’ve bought plants here only to bring them home and discover they were crawling with mealybugs. I treated my plant isolated, changed all the soil, cleaned it, used neem oil, all the tips and tricks and... thought the nightmare was over, but the infestation spread to several of my other plants, ruining ones I’ve cared for, for years. To make matters worse, my mother-in-law had the exact same experience months ago with a plant from this place which was also infested. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated issue. I am so upset and genuinely feel like I’ve thrown my money straight in the trash. This place obviously has a serious mealybug problem. I do not recommend buying any plants here.

Oct 20, 2025To the owner who replied: I CALLED YOU. Before i posted this review. I WANTED help. How do you think i know you have a regular problem? Because of how you guys handled the PHONE CALL. The dragons tongue had cotton (mealy egg colonies) all over the tips… it was wet when i purchased it. Thats an advanced infestation. Your green house is cooked. I spent $150 on plants from their green house and at least 2 of them have advanced mealybug infestations. I noticed this 5 days after purchase. It’s a cool place but certainly not worth the time and effort of pest infested house plants. It sounds like this is a common and ongoing issue for this nursey. They certainly make their profit off these prices and propagations too, so the idea that its a bunch of trash now is pretty upsetting.
