Recent visit looking for Christmas items. Would highly recommend a visit to this establishment. (Nampa location). Super friendly staff, great selection of Holiday and Christmas items. Will return in the spring for landscape items.

Wonderful conversations here today. Even picked up an orange tree that had four oranges on it! The crew here was friendly and helpful, taking time to answer questions and offer advice. The greenhouse was well stocked and comfortably warm which was a perfect spot to browse on a cool fall day. You can tell the staff really care about their plants and their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for more garden treasures.

I called to see if i could get a custom pot done with a plant and potter i had. They said yea definitely. I bring in my pot and plant. Give them my ideas, told yes no problem at all. I am told it will be done the next day. Awesome. Two days go by and havent heard anything. A couple more days go by and i get a call saying no we cant do your idea. Ok. New idea put into place. I go to pick up my plant and one of the stems is completely bent over and drooped. I asked them to fix the damage done. They refuse. Say its the natural process of the plant. It was very strongly straight when i dropped it off. Now its completely bent over and you wont remedy it. Just an fyi if you bring any plants and drop off

My husband has been using this nursery to get our back yard redone and we’ve spent a good amount of money here. He went about 3 times getting great friendly and helpful customer service from the older lady up front. Unfortunately she wasn’t there last time we went to purchase more soil and another employee was having a bad day maybe and felt she needed to make us feel like we were a bother and didn’t know what we wanted even though we’ve been purchasing the same soil each time asked for it again and got an attitude like we were a bother. Used the incorrect card to pay the first swipe and it declined(we have 2 that look identical) and that set her off more yelling DECLINED! This lady must have been having a bad day but we won’t be back to bother her after this. Thank you for the great service before this person.

I bought a cherry tree and few years ago. By the next spring it obviously had problems. Branches on one side were dying. I called and no one got back to me. The next year bark on one side was peeling. Now it is nearly dead. I'll cut it down and return it soon.
