Hopkins Evergreens

Really love this nursery. Everything I have ever bought from them has been healthy and vigorous. I bought two butterfly bushes last fall. They both look great this summer. Service is friendly and helpful.

Andy was great to work with, very helpful. The problem came when we waited all day for the tree to be delivered and installed. About 2:00 a woman from Hopkins called to tell me they probably weren’t going to make it and when they did come I would be charged extra because of my location. We had paid the delivery/installation fee at the time of purchase and established at that time the distance we lived from them. I told her I was not going to pay extra because that is dishonest to charge one price and then add another charge later. She was not happy and let me know. After considering this level of dishonest dealing, I called back and cancelled the order. She hung up on me as I was trying to ask how I could get my refund. I had to call her back. The money was later refunded but with no apology or effort to explain. I would not recommend this company to anyone as their business practices are not up front and honest.

You would would think these places would be open on Sundays this time of year drove out to victory greens same thing closed. I'll drive to Oregon and get my trees there.
