Working garden of volunteers

Come on over and visit the master gardeners every Monday and Wednesday from 9:00-11:00am. I am developing a native plant landscaping bed, with a focus on gardening with nature in mind. I’ll show you how you can replace some of the turfgrass in your lawn with easy to grow native groundcovers.

This is a beautiful full garden. There are vegetables, flowers, an orchard, and greenhouse. Visiting is a pleasure and it’s free.

I took a class at the gardens today, great location, lots of native plants, very enjoyable. I loved the Corpus Christi fleabane, which was new to me!
