Shipment was on time. One of the plants was dying. Most of its leaves were brown, and there were no white roots. High Country Garden team responded very quick. After pictures of the dying plant were confirmed, a replacement was shipped. I ordered plants from this nursery in the past, and I’ve been very happy with my orders and service I received. After a week, I've received a new healthy plant. Update: It's been a month and it's a pleasant surprise. The replacement plant is budding and has a flower even it's almost winter time. Day time temperature is around 60s.

We just got a delivery to Denver, and we were very impressed with both packaging and condition of the plants. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and care! I would 100% purchase again.

Ordered some Ice Plants, great variety offered. Two of the plants were not as healthy as the rest. I called with my concern, sent pictures. The immediately responded with an apology and sent replacement plants. Very satisfied with the quality and great customer service.

My order of Agastache came quickly and the plants were in great condition. I had a question about protection this time of year and it was answered quickly. Thanks High Country Gardens. Curtis

Shawnee is a very good customer service rep. She reads and replies to the questions asked, where many other company reps do not. At first I thought I'd seed our 2000 sq ft back yard (see photo) with Rare Intermountain Native Wildflowers (see photo). Shawnee answered my questions on various mature heights and bloom colors. After I put in walking paths, I changed my mind. Shawnee graciously let me return the seeds, even though the deadline for returns had passed. I'll exchange these seeds for other gorgeous and unusual plants.
