Most of the plants I ordered have since died. I did replant a couple in larger than 4 inch pots which it did say not to do initially. My fault for not reading thru the guidelines. However, they are all wilting and dying now, one month later. They offered to replace 2 plants which they did. These replacements were already dying when I received them.I immediately emailed them with photos and asked for a response. I have heard nothing. I would never order from them again. Between the plant quality and lack of customer service, it’s a waste of time and money. I wanted to support a small business but I guess that small business doesn’t care either way.

Plant came packed very well. Plant as described. Looks very healthy.

Online inventory is not correctly updated. As per person I spoke, the website is automatically updated, but this is not true. Half of my order was canceled because they didn't have stock (2nd time now), those plants were all newly listed same day I bought. If you cancel order, you can't ever buy online again.

So happy to place a large order.. but I received an email saying half of the order wasn't available.. would take a month and needed to reply yes proceed or cancel..which I replied Yes proceed...but somehow they canceled the order an ROSA put the blame on me and accused me of not replying properly instead of apologize and find the solution..not caring of me as a customer and told me she will put my name in their black list....really rosa!!!! I know is a family business but now I see more bad reviews like mine..take a break treat customers with respect...and of course I wouldn't order from you and I'll make sure people know your quality of customer service

Agree with all the other reviews, this place is a scam. Ordered a plant that arrived looking like this. When I asked for help, Rosa said, "dont worry, it will get more leaves." They stopped replying soon afterwards. From the reviews, it looks like they send out dead plants to everyone. I believe the bad customer service is largely driven by Michael (the boss?). The plant is dead now ...huge waste of money. Save your dollars and go elsewhere!
