I’m obsessed with these gorgeous plants. I started with a dragon tree that has been thriving since it arrived a few weeks ago and just received my fiddle leaf fig tree this morning. Both are just stunning and arrived carefully packaged to protect them in transit. The delivery people were courteous and knowledgeable and helped get the trees set up in the optimal location in my home. Couldn’t be happier with how beautiful the trees are and how easy they are to care for! Can’t wait to order again soon!

My parlor palm arrived looking fabulous and healthy - a big difference from other experiences I have had ordering plants online to ship. I was beyond surprised and grateful with every part of my experience with L&G. From the beginning having instant customer service available was such a gift. Renée helped me in the beginning when I wasn't sure which plant might be good for me to start with (my thumb is very far from green!) and also one to send to my Mum for a birthday gift. When my first braided money tree arrived the pot had been shattered en route and the tree itself was in a very poor state. I contacted customer service and was offered an instant apology and then sent a new one which arrived the next morning in perfect condition. I'm still trying to keep my first tree alive and the team at L&G have gone above and beyond to help me with that. Having a Plant Doctor available by email for any queries is super helpful, especially for those of us new to these lovely gems! They've also got great tips for each plant they sell and send out weekend reminders which I really appreciate. Regardless of your experience with plants this is the place to go! I've never bought plants online and I'm so glad I took the chance this time. L&G will definitely be my go-to from now on.
