Hands down some of the best customer service in the industry (or any industry, for that matter) that I’ve experienced in 2+ years of owning a small business. That is on top of the quality of materials being top tier. Sturdy, high quality materials with functionality exceeding that of any other brands that we’ve used. Due to errors on our part (using leftover parts from an old build and miscalcalculating what we needed) we had to order additional parts on different occasions. They picked up the phone every time and went out of their way multiple times to rush parts over to UPS for us to make sure we got them ASAP. We were on a time crunch and had plants waiting on the benches to be built - they made sure we didn’t lose a single day of productivity, Not to mention all of their employees are awesome to work with. Very friendly and on top of things. These guys rock. In case you couldn’t tell, I would strongly recommend nextg3n to anyone building greenhouse benches for their home garden or commercial facility. No matter the size of your order or project, they will take care of you.

Next G3N offered a fantastic price, a terrific product and amazing customer service. We had priced out a few different table options and had originally gone with a competitor before giving Next G3N a shot. Their pricing was what we had budgeted, and their design process was helpful and easy to understand. Everything we needed was delivered in a timely manner with no missing parts or broken pieces. Their youtube videos allowed us to setup the tables with a visual aid. Really robust and quality materials as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else on our next table order. Thanks again!
