Succulents Box

I love the Succulent Box. Each and every one of my plants have been healthy and in good shape upon delivery.

I have ordered from Succulents box twice for myself and once for my mom. Every order arrived super fast and the plants were stunning. It was amazing how carefully packed the plants were.

In the past I’ve never had problems with my orders, but this past couple times is not acceptable. When I ordered 2-inch plants from this for the first time in 2025, they sent 3 4-inch plants without notifying me of the 2-inch plants not being available. This second time I ordered from them this year, and they sent only 1 of the 2 plants, and I’m still waiting for a response from them before I go on vacation. It is very disappointing when the staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing when they pack your orders. Either get well-qualified staff or fire the staff who can’t seem to double check customer orders. I work in billing, and I always make sure orders are accurate. If they do t send me my missing plant soon, I might as well look elsewhere where at a more reasonable price.

My lemon button fern arrived in Ohio from Florida packaged perfectly. It’s exactly what I wanted and is in great condition despite its long journey.

My Mom wanted me to send her a “start” from my Christmas cactus but I was worried it wouldn’t make it from California to Montana. So I googled Christmas cactus and came across Succulent Box and thought I would try ordering her a cactus from them. I was a little skeptical as to whether the cactus would be beautiful and healthy and I have to say I am pleased beyond words! The cactus was in perfect condition and within a day or two had beautiful buds and a bloom (see photos). I highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering from them again!
